How to: Banana 'Sushi'

 This healthy and satisfying treat is insanely easy to make and works equally well for Breakfast or a Mid day snack.

 

Step 1

Peel one semi ripe banana (you’ll want to use one that is a  bit little firm)

 

Step 2

With a butter knife coat the top of the banana with Nut butter of your choice (we used chocolate hazelnut)  but Almond butter and Peanut butter also work well.

 

Step 3

Sprinkle on  toppings of your choice. 

(We used Shaved coconut, Chia seed,  and  pomegranate seeds.) Also great are dried cranberries or  raisins and granola.

 

Step 4

With a  sharp knife, carefully cut the banana into bite sized slices.
